My mother asked why the conductor sounded like a banker
I recorded all the dialogue myself in a blanket fort. Apparently no amount of reverb can make me sound like a man fighting for passengers at Ojuelegba.
She played thirty seconds, removed the headphones and said: this man has never entered a danfo in his life.
Painful. Accurate. I spent this morning asking actual conductors if I can record them. Three ignored me. One wants an executive producer credit.
