Terms

A small beta needs clear boundaries.

These terms apply while you use Devyoo. By signing in or continuing to use the service, you agree to them.

Effective 21 July 2026 · Private beta

Private-beta access

Access is by invitation and is personal to you. Keep your sign-in links private, provide accurate account information and do not try to bypass access or security controls. The beta may change, pause or end as the service is tested.

Your work remains yours

You keep ownership of the content you post. You give Devyoo a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. That licence ends when the content is removed from the live service, subject to reasonable backup, legal and safety retention.

What you may publish

Only publish material you have the right to share. Do not post illegal, deceptive, abusive, privacy-invasive or rights-infringing content. The community rules are part of these terms.

Reports and enforcement

We may review reported material, restrict interactions, hide or remove content, suspend access or preserve relevant evidence when reasonably needed to protect people or the service. We will aim to act proportionately, but urgent safety concerns may require action first and explanation later.

No promise of uninterrupted service

This is an early beta provided as available. Features can fail, data can be delayed and the service may be unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything important. Nothing here excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Leaving the beta

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may end access when these terms or the community rules are breached, when the beta ends, or when continued access creates a material safety or security risk.

Changes

Material changes will be shown in the service before they take effect where practical. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the updated terms.
