I deleted half the map and found the game
The open-world version had six neighborhoods and nothing worth doing. The new version has one bus stop, one route and an actual heartbeat.
I kept making the map bigger because small felt unserious. Then every new street created ten more things I had to fake badly.
Now the whole game happens during one trip home. Every choice costs time or battery. I can finally play the thing from beginning to end.
