I sent the demo to a client and immediately put my phone face down
Corner Room said yes to a two-week Shift Notes pilot. I replied ‘sounds great’ like I had not refreshed my email nineteen times.
This is not a contract. It is not revenue. It is five support agents agreeing to use the strange little handoff tool I made after work.
But it is the first time somebody outside my team has said they have the same problem. They want fewer fields, a WhatsApp summary and a way to flag promises made to customers.
I have two weeks to learn whether this is useful when I am not standing beside the person explaining it. I am terrified. I am also completely alive.
