Some products start as a spreadsheet you are too embarrassed to let another person see.
It said ‘friendly reminder’ twice and ‘kindly’ three times. I would have paid just to make the email stop talking.
The screenshots were all versions of ‘Hi, just checking in’ written at increasingly desperate levels of politeness.
